To make the guests stay even more enjoyable the Chef, Marc de Passorio provides two dining atmospheres. The chief himself qualifies his cooking like a new concept where 2 differents kind of food (bistrot and gourmet) coexist in a luxury hotel.

A Gastronomical environment : in a very beautiful dining room where natural colors are married for a refined atmosphere, heated by the large stone fireplace in the center and the chandeleirs give light to the elegant decor.
The kitchen suggested is more personal and more creative, it uses only the best products and requires much attention on each dish prepared.

The Bistro

An atmosphere Bistro: hushed and intimate, it makes us want to come in but then we no longer want to leave.
In a more relaxed environment one will be able to enjoy regional products with a simpler cuisine (stewed, roasted, Plancha...).
The Bistro will be open from 12 pm to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week, and a wine tasting is proposed until 11 pm.
